3 hours of ice daily

This program is suited for players with more than 3 years of hockey experience. This program challenges players by focusing on skating technique and skills such as forward/backward skating, quick starts, acceleration, cross over’s and much more. Shooting, passing and puck control will be taught and introduced into drills to challenge players throughout each on-ice session. Skill development will be the main focus of this program while allowing players to apply their skills during small area and full ice drills.
